“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

“Came for Father's day. They ran out of oxtail and oysters. But our server Jeremy was as TOP TIER! He was patient, kind and efficient. He made the experience delightful. “Ittle Litaly / Veganlitaly is so good. ALL VEGAN. A bit on the pricy side for quantity. Not the quality. The quality is good. The wait time for the food can be a bit long. But the owner does all the cooking solo. So I understand. All ingredients are made in house, from scratch, as per owner. So, that may be the reason for the wait time. Ittle Litaly / Veganlitaly has the BEST cheese crust Pizza that I've had at any restaurant. Especially a vegan restaurant. Thier meatballs, or sausage, is SO Good. The Papita-something🤷♀ flatbread sandwich is awesome too.“

I couldn’t resist the curiosity of adding the vegan fried egg, f**k, that was the craziest thing, runny yolk and everything. “Right when you think pizza is pizza - here comes Mister01 with a very delicious and unique pizza! GREAT ingredients. FANTASTIC crust! We tried & loved the Star Luca & Hawaiana pizzas. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Laura salad. Portions were huge, and we have dinner for tomorrow. Try the spicey olive oil on your pizza. The staff is the BEST! First class operation indeed. Aidan was our server - and was so polite, knowledgeable, had solid recommendations - and made the already great experience even better!! We will be regulars! Thanks!!“
