“This place is awesome and serves legit Japanese food! The sushi was so fresh, it reminded me of the sushi place I've been to in Japan. I do wish they offered free hot Matcha like they do in Japan. Either way, their food was awesome and service was quick at the time we went. I was only able to take 📸 of the Matcha Ube dessert, but the sushi was so phenomenal we couldn't resist but to just dig in as soon as it was served! Kampai to more legit Asian restaurants in Miami!“

“Ogawa is easily one of the best omakase experiences I’ve had in Miami.

I went with two of my best friends on a Wednesday night, and we somehow got lucky enough to be the only guests there. It basically turned into a private omakase experience, which made an already special meal even more memorable.

The chef was fantastic—interesting, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful about every dish. You could tell how much intention went into each course, and everything was beautifully executed. The sake selection was also incredible and complemented the meal perfectly. We even added a few extra pieces at the end because we weren’t quite ready for it to be over.

Obviously, Ogawa is not an inexpensive night out, but this is one of those meals where you walk away feeling like it was absolutely worth it. For a special occasion or if you simply love great sushi, I could not recommend Ogawa more. One of Miami’s very best.“

“I was a bit disappointed with my lunch at SuViche. The ceviche tasted quite bland and was missing the bright citrus flavor that really makes ceviche stand out. Had it been dressed with a bit more citrus I think I would have enjoyed it much more. I ordered the lunch special with sushi and ceviche but I found the sushi had a bit too much mayonnaise. The flan was also denser than I expected and wasn’t my favorite. At $27 including the automatic 18% gratuity I didn’t feel it was a good value especially since I’ve had much better lunches elsewhere for less. Overall I’d give it 4 stars because the location is convenient. Unfortunately the food didn’t quite meet my expectations especially for the price.“

“I would not just recommend this place I would come out of my way again in a heartbeat. It is so relieving to actually find a place that has great service again. I feel after the pandemic, it's really changed the service force. It was such a fresh breath of air to have such an amazing time and service! I had a party of 11 of us for my birthday, and we were treated with smiles, and taken care of like kings. The food was phenomenal! Some of the most beautiful, fresh seafood I have ever had in my entire life. I've been traveling seven years full-time, and I will definitely be coming back just to eat here! The patio is absolutely gorgeous! It will soon be right on the ocean once they are finishing some construction! “Very nice casual sushi spot in Sunset Harbor, probably one of the best sushi restaurant in South Beach right now, sibling of Uchi Wynwood, but with more cooked options in the menu. Always very fresh fish, creative dish variations, excellent flavors pairing. I’ve never walked out dissatisfied. Now off season they have two happy hours, one regular in late afternoon and another one that starts st 9pm I believe, and the happy hour food selection is really good. Service is nice and fun. I only wish the space would have better indoor lighting and they would be open also for lunch.“

The only flaw was there was zero explanation of the dishes, origins of the fish, flavor profiles, etc. they just made the dishes and gave it to you.
