Great experience warm welcoming
Everyone was super nice, with plenty of hospitality and a lovely demeanor. Every dish came with a brief explanation of the dish along with recommendations on how to enjoy them properly. The amount of attention to detail and cleanliness is unmatched. I appreciated the amount if food for the dinner specials and even though it was plenty, our chefs were listening in on our intrest in a dish and offered to make it on the spot for us. Miss Crispy Rice was an absolute joyous adventure to behold; we had the Miami Spice omakase menu and not only were stuffed by the end, but also dazzled with their incredible artistry. I can't wait for the next time I go!

The omakase menu offers great variety, and specific highlights include the Shima Ahi Nigiri and the Salmon Spicy Mayo Crispy Rice, both rated 10/10. Service is perfect and 10/10, with a super friendly team and a knowledgeable, passionate chef. The vibe is great, and the restaurant seems to get better with every meal. An authentic experience, whether for an 8 course lunch with wine or a meal before a flight.
