The meat here is absolutely amazing, and the customer service is exceptional! J and M (Jose and Marta) are doing incredible work. you can really tell how much care goes into everything. The food and service both exceeded expectations. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Miami
Ordered the BOGO Salmon roll through Uber eats. If you liked your sushi fried this was a good option. Portion was adequate for the order. You don't really need to order any spicy mayo on the side there is more than enough on the roll itself

J & M Fusion Cuisine offers a unique dining experience with a food truck-inspired atmosphere. The menu features a diverse range of flavors, including sushi, chicken tacos, crispy rice spicy tuna, and Honduran specialties in both chicken and beef versions, all expertly prepared by José. The cuisine is authentic and refined, blending Ecuadorian, Mexican, and Asian flavors. The welcome is warm, with José very friendly and welcoming, making guests feel right at home. The service is fast and impeccable, with a special mention to Marbelly for her smile and professionalism. Despite some drawbacks, such as limited parking and restrooms, the excellent service and delicious food, including the best chicken wings and very fresh sushi, make it a highly recommended spot with prices around $15-20 per entree. A must-visit for a delicious and authentic culinary journey!
