But what compels me to write is the food ... Simply amazing. We had the omokase and each serving was more incredible. My friend was visiting from SF and he said it was the best sushi he's ever had! The food was absolutely amazing, but my only problem is that there was only one person for all the place, it took so long to bring each and Handroll .
With that I will add that for people who don’t eat shellfish you can’t change the “experience” option on the menu which was unfortunate because we were 3 people and 2 of us don’t eat shellfish and we wanted all to take the same so we could eat at the same time .
But definitely would come back again.“

I feel after the pandemic, it's really changed the service force. It was such a fresh breath of air to have such an amazing time and service! I had a party of 11 of us for my birthday, and we were treated with smiles, and taken care of like kings. The food was phenomenal! Some of the most beautiful, fresh seafood I have ever had in my entire life. I've been traveling seven years full-time, and I will definitely be coming back just to eat here! She stated it was an ice cream base with chocolate and almonds on top with a chocolate crust. However when we got the dessert it was not an ice cream base but chocolate mousse. In fact two layers of mousse and no ice cream whatsoever. That was very disappointing as I do not like mousse. So this kind of ruined the dessert portion for our first time there.“

Chef Ryan delivered an outstanding culinary experience. The yellowtail was absolutely exceptional—fresh, delicate, and beautifully presented. Every dish I tried was full of flavor and clearly crafted with care and precision.

A special thank you to Marco for the impeccable service. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, he made the whole experience feel very personal. The sake on the house was such a thoughtful touch and made the evening even more special.

As someone who has been eating sushi from a very young age and has tried countless sushi restaurants around the world, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. It was also excellent value for money considering the outstanding quality of the meal.

The Suviche Lager was a great starting beer and paired really well with the Ceviche. We ordered the HH Ceviche and it was a perfect portion for the two of us. The fried fish bites were airy and light, not greasy or overly breaded. We split the Saltado with the Tenderloin - it was the star of the show. Perfectly medium rare and soooo tender. I asked for the vegan box listed on the menu, but was told they did not have all the ingredients to make the usual dishes, so the chef Kevin created a menu just for me. He was so creative, inventive, and excited about every dish he brought out of the kitchen, and each one was more delicious than the last. I am technically pescatarian, so a few of the dishes had fish sauce, but he would have easily accommodated me with a vegan or vegetarian menu as well.
