“We stopped for lunch today. Everything was so fantastic. The sushi was presented well and the service was wonderful.They have an extensive menu, but seem to be masters of all. The tempura was especially excellent!Looking forward to coming back and working our way through the menu.“

“This is probably one of my favorite whole in the wall places I have ever been to. I love a place that is simple, reasonably priced and delicious. I came on a weekday around 6 pm. It was really easy for me to find street partking but once you get close you will see parking on both sides of the road. Make sure that you pay for it with the app to avoid a ticket. This is a place where you can only order once so you have to make sure that you are ordering enough food. My picks were the dumplings fried, the spring rolls, theduck salad, the Tom Kah soup, and the pad thai. EVERYTHING was great! I loved the duck salad the sauce was the perfect amount of spicy. I also loved the soup it was very flavorful. We also ordered the passionfruit sake and it was delicious. Overall great place for a delicious meal that is not going to break the bank.“

The owner was extremely accommodating and was able to ensure the dish was made without spice although that went against all traditions. “After a long day driving we needed to have a positive dining experience…! We were not disappointed. A bit of a sleeper, since it’s located in a strip mall, but a mood was set by the charming tables outside. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived inside, and the service was excellent throughout the meal. We had miso soup and a green curry Thai meal. SO delicious! And the portions were very generous.I highly recommend this place !“

“I have not been back to Tako for a while. My son and I had dinner there tonight. Best sushi in South Florida, hands down. Better than all the other trendy SOBE sushi restaurants. The best miso soup ever. The fish is like eating seafood butter. The chefs and servers are exceptional! I kid you not, this place is the best.“

The food was excellent and fairly priced. The service was efficient but not friendly. I'll give the benefit of the doubt it's because there is a communication issue. The place was very clean, even the bathroom. Not much different than other Asian restaurants.“

“In Hallandale Beach the four of us stopped by Cilantro for a Sushi dinner. This looks to be a bit of an upscale restaurant. There's a sitting area right at the front of the establishment. We probably should have sat outside as it was a bit cold inside. It's not a bad idea to have a light jacket with you when dining inside. We sat at the bar. I first got their Lychee Martini, ohh it was excellent, lightly sweet and so indulgent! We decided to get the sushi boat. It's essentially like a buffet, that's right in front of you. No need to wait between orders. This was very fresh sushi, with not a lot of rice. There was sashimi, sushi, with all kinds of fish. This massive boat was the perfect size for the four of us. We even had strangers ask if they could take a picture of our boat. We also got Miso soup, it was included with the purchase of the boat. The soup was very comforting with how cold it was inside. I would totally come here again when in the area.“

Living in downtown Miami, I really miss my favorite authentic thai place up north, and love to order from this spot when I’m feeling under the weather. The drunken noodles are spot on, very flavorful, the thai spicy is indeed thai spicy, and the Tom yum soup is also flavorful and the perfect cure all when I’m feeling under the weather! The cook on the chicken is about average for both dishes, most of the chicken for the drunken noodles being pretty good with only a few pieces kinda meh. Good portion sizes, and overall would definitely order from here again!“
