Eddie Hills Sushi & Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem serving large, delicious, and reasonably priced sushi and authentic Thai food. The sushi portions are extremely large, definitely enough for two, and the fish is always fresh. The TomKha soup with shrimp has perfect flavor with coconut, lemongrass and a little spice. Other popular dishes include basil fried rice, pad Thai, and Thai beef salad, all tasty and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere isn’t luxurious, but the staff is absolutely wonderful, polite, and quick with service. The friendly Thai staff truly represent Thai hospitality. Many customers visit so often it feels like a family, almost “home” restaurant. Takeout and dining inside are always a great experience. This place truly stands out for its fresh, flavorful food and generous portions. Highly recommended.
