From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the manager, Lucio. His professionalism and leadership were evident right away, setting a fantastic tone for the entire establishment.
However, the absolute highlight of the experience was our server, Viviana. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and high level of professionalism were unmatched. In my professional opinion, her skills go far beyond standard service—she operates at the level of an Assistant Manager at the very least.
It is rare to find staff members who truly understand the art of hospitality. Lucio and Viviana make an outstanding team, and because of them, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!”

Service is standard and completely neutral. I marked it down because the business is listed as open on Sunday, only to arrive and find a sign showing they are closed the entire day.
I wasn't the only person misled by indirect information- 2 others arrived after we did, only to find the doors lock & a sign showing their hours.
They really need to keep that information correct online through at least Google, if not other major business information sites.”

I ordered the Smokehouse Cheddar Brisket sandwich, and my girlfriend got the Turkey Bacon sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, generously served, and prepared with so much care. The portions were great, and every bite was amazing.

What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. The owner made us feel more like welcomed guests than customers, and that kind of personal touch is something you don’t come across every day.

This specific location was great with the customer service & the pizza came out pretty fast. They handed the pizza to us directly. So for the 7:00pm crew members which they all were busy taking orders they did mad good💯 (all men by the way) so if the boss just happens to read this. Give them a pay day off or something because my pizza came out within 8mins when we were told 15. They did good and first impressions are everything to me. The shop was very clean as well too that's another thing. “I had an issue with my order, so I called and spoke with the manager, Joshua. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and handled the situation with great customer service.

Kimeberly was also very helpful taking my order, and Jamel was great as well. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business handles them that really matters. Joshua and the team definitely showed me that they care about their customers.

“Tried Pink Cafe for brunch and it did NOT disappoint! If you are a girly girl or a pink girlie, you will LOVE the ambiance. Everything is pink and girlie, I loved how it looked. The aesthetics are beautiful. Service was good. Servers were very attentive, the female owner was friendly and checked on us and made sure we were okay while we waited for our food. The food did take some time to come out but it looks like they cook to order so a server brought us out a little bit chocolate cake while we waited. The food was fresh! We ordered a few different meals, the Southern breakfast, Eggs your way, French toast and an empanada. The Cuatro leche French toast was AMAZING! Very filling, flavorful, the best dish on the table. The eggs your way were really good, came with toast and bacon. The Southern breakfast was good, the eggs, omg, I couldn’t have eaten them any faster lol, soooo good. The biscuit was nice and warm, the potatoes to die for, the fried chicken had a nice crunch to it and was cooked well, only complaint, it didn’t have much flavor to it, if the batter had seasoning or the chicken itself, it would be great OR if they have a southern gravy to put on top, that would be amazing. The chicken empanada was yummy and filling too. The strawberry lemonade was yummy. We got donuts and a muffin to go. I can’t get enough of this place We really enjoyed coming in and having brunch. Definitely will be back (this was my 2nd time here).”
