“It was the second time that I went to Ice Box Cafe Hallandale, the place is so charming, and the food and service were excellent.They keep serving delectable food which has been one of its best characteristics from the beginning.I will be coming back to this restaurant because it has become one of my top brunch places in Hallandale Beach, Miami.“

“This bagel cafe just opened in our neighborhood so we have it a try. We were there in the morning right as the cafe opened. We ordered our bagels to go, and the girl at the counter was sweet and inviting … the bagels were not out yet as they were coming out of the oven as we ordered. As we waited for our to go order we were given fresh rugelach to sample and it was also fresh and still a little warm and sooooooo good!!! We had the bagels at home —- garlic w/ nova shmere. garlic w/bacon scallion shmere . and the rainbow w/plain , and the bagels did not disappoint !!! the iced coffee was also quite good!! glad to have a nice breakfast place in the Hallandale/Hollywood location“

“The location is great, very nice decoration’s, nice general ambient, the food is good as well nothing to crazy but good, 4 stars because this is more on the pricier side it was 50 dollars for a breakfast for 2, plus tip requested since the food is not the main point of the place it think it is not completely justified. But for a small stop for coffee it is a great option“

“The cashier Roberta doesn't like that inside the establishment people who don't speak English treat us badly and show racism, she is very rude, I don't know how they have such an unpleasant person to serve the cashier. She didn't want to serve me because I don't speak English. I have been here several times and the other cashiers are very friendly“

You lost 3 customers on drive through, it was empty inside NO EXCUSE FOR MAKING US WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES PLUS. When I told her she was nasty, defensive and all she had left to say was "if u don't like it don't come back" her attitude emplied that. Your customers pay their salaries, this is the 3rd bad experience I have had in your bakery. You need to hire and train your staff, hire individuals that know how to treat customers. Train them properly. This young lady thinks as many new cuban comers "THEY DO NOT CARE HOW CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREARED." If she cannot handle customers or she is lazy YOUR BUSINESS WILL GO DOWN THE DRAUN! Your pastries, food are greate, but your employees are HORRIFIC! “Wish we had one of these down in Miami, but it wouldnt be the same.
Basically you grab your drink out of the fridge and pay for it at the end. Only downside is some beers are pricey so you gotta be careful of which ones you pick. If you don't like IPAs, don't worry about it (So I'm safe in that regard lol).“

“First let me be clear the food is good and that's the most important thing.. the service is adequate but not fantastic but that may have just been our waiter who knows. My complaint is that I wanted waffles and an egg. I was informed that I would have to buy two breakfasts so to get a waffle an egg in two strips of bacon would have cost me $25 bucks this place has no idea what a combo is and that kind of irritates me because I want what I want for breakfast“

“This is a sweet family owned business that we stumbled on in the neighborhood we were staying in while on vacation. We had breakfast here every day for three days! The owners are lovely, warm and hospitable people. The food and cafecitos are delicious and kept us coming back for more.It's right across from the post office and they definitely have a steady stream of regular customers and it's not hard to figure out why ?We had the pan de bono, croquetas, and empanadas de pollo plus cortaditos. The owner Debra is one of the nicest and most genuine people you can ever meet. I can eat anywhere from the Hard Rock, Ft. Lauderdale to Miami Beach but I prefer to come here. I have been very lucky this have this great restaurant within walking distance. The waitress is always friendly and keeps everything moving smoothly. Your drink is never empty.
