“Visited DCOTA today, and had the opportunity to try a few menu items from the cafe. Everything tasted amazing! Chicken empanada, iced coffee and cinnamon roll were delicious.

The barista Sonia was an absolute sweetheart! She made us one of the best iced macchiato’s we’ve ever tried. The proportions of the flavours were perfect, and she was so friendly and welcoming. She recommended all the right things for us. We’ll definitely be back 😄. 11/10 experience“

“My husband, our child, and I visited this cafe on a Saturday morning and were delighted. The barista, a girl with long hair (unfortunately I don't know her name), was wonderful. The coffee and croissants were delicious. And she kindly warmed up my coffee for me, as I was busy with the child and my coffee had cooled down a bit. In general, I recommend this place.“

“This was my first time visiting Rose Cafe & Restaurant, which recently expanded and rebranded with a full bar and dinner service, officially opening the new concept in October 2025. The space is absolutely beautiful ~ roses everywhere, elegant decor, and very Instagrammable from the moment you walk in. One thing that stood out, however, was a very strong scent sprayed in the hallway upon entry. My friend, who is sensitive to strong smells, felt sick afterward. It didn’t linger heavily at the table, but for anyone sensitive to fragrance, this could definitely be an issue. As for the food, our Eggs Benedict initially came out overcooked, but our server Jonathan A. handled it perfectly. He immediately took it back, asked the chef to remake it, and the second round was spot on. Great recovery and attentive service on his part. I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino, not realizing that cinnamon lettering would be added on top. I personally don’t tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn’t say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated. Overall, the service was good, valet is offered upon arrival, and the ambiance is lovely. While it didn’t completely blow my mind, it’s still a beautiful spot with solid service. All things considered, I’d honestly give it 4 stars and would return, especially for the atmosphere.“

“I recently visited this bakery, and honestly, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The coffee was delicious, but the croissants were easily the best I’ve had anywhere in Florida.
What really made my visit special was the incredible service from Ariana. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely made me feel welcome. In my opinion, Ariana is one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered.
Based on the exceptional service she provided, I honestly think management should consider promoting her. Employees like Ariana make a business stand out and keep customers coming back.

“We landed early afternoon & headed straight to Café Bastille-Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale for brunch. I'd heard rave reviews about this spot & it exceeded expectations. We kicked off with a passionfruit margarita & a bacon bloody mary, both bursting with flavor. For our meal, we opted to share the truffle croque madame with a side salad & breakfast potatoes. The toast was wonderfully light & fluffy, & the potatoes had the perfect crunch. We couldn't leave without getting a NY pistachio croissant. The entire experience was enchanting. “I honestly find the crepes here to be the best. I always go for savory, and the thai chicken is my personal favorite, with the brisket Mac and cheese in at close second. The staff makes the food quick to where I'm never waiting for super long. Especially at night, this is my go to spot for a relatively healthy meal. 10/10 recommend“

Wound up with a shrimp pita, replaced the standard shrimp with coconut 🍤 which was 🔥 The pita must be fried because it was way too delicious and the remoulade was sweet but complimented it nicely. Definitely plan on a round 2 for breakfast and probably a round 3 for another shrimp pita when I'm feeling something greasy. In an unassuming office building where I never noticed the cafe even though I've gone by 1,000 times. It was busy though the whole time so obviously it isn't a secret!“
