“I’ve been coming down to south Florida for about 15 years and this spot is hands down the best sandwich’s and rice balls I’ve found down here. I 100% recommend trying this spot out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
I ordered The Bologna sandwich, the bread was warm with a nice crunch. The combination of mortadella with the fresh mozzarella and pesto it’s a fantastic combination. The Rice ball reminded me of the rice balls my grandmother would make when I was a child. My kids ordered the New York style pizza, and they loved it. I couldn’t get a picture of it. They dove right in.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
My family and I will definitely be back next time we’re down in Florida.

“Stopped by Sol Cafe recently and it’s such a hidden gem! This locally owned spot just opened not long ago, and the owners are super sweet and welcoming — you can tell they really care about the place and their customers.

We ordered the Coca Amor crepes (strawberry, banana, chocolate, pistachio cream) and the Crepe Tatin (dulce de leche, caramelized apples, and crème anglaise), and both were amazing. Everything tasted fresh and made to order — even the crepe batter is prepared fresh for each order, which makes the wait totally worth it. The crepes were perfectly thin, soft, and really flavorful, and the caramelized apples with dulce de leche were especially good.

For drinks, we tried the honey matcha, which was smooth and not overly sweet, and the refresher smoothie, a fusion of berries that was fresh and really refreshing.

We kicked off with a passionfruit margarita & a bacon bloody mary, both bursting with flavor. For our meal, we opted to share the truffle croque madame with a side salad & breakfast potatoes. The toast was wonderfully light & fluffy, & the potatoes had the perfect crunch. We couldn't leave without getting a NY pistachio croissant. The entire experience was enchanting. From the pictures it looked awesome and from the experience, it’s was equal! The bread was on point, buttered, crispy and chewy, the roast pork was juicy and tender. The ham was also good and there was a perfect amount of pickles and mustard with melty Swiss! All of the textures and flavors were balanced which was exactly what you want in a good Cubano! And you could taste the individual components as well! Fantastic sandwich!!“
