Cafe Sol is a cute, small boutique coffee shop and a hidden gem. This locally owned spot just opened not long ago. The owners Luis, Gina, and Drew are super sweet, friendly, attentive, and welcoming, showing they really care about the place and their customers. The service is very friendly and personalized. The atmosphere is super cute, calming, clean, and comfortable, great for getting work done, eating with friends, or going solo.
Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The crepe batter is prepared fresh for each order, and they bake their own bread. Menu items include the Crepe Tatin (dulce de leche, caramelized apples, and crème anglaise), the Coca Amor crepes (strawberry, banana, chocolate, pistachio cream), the breakfast sandwich, and pastries. For drinks, the honey matcha was smooth and not overly sweet, the refresher smoothie was a fresh fusion of berries, and the caramel machiato was a favorite. Everything was delicious, fresh, and amazing, making the wait totally worth it. This is a definite local favorite worth visiting.
