I stopped here on yesterday and asked for a Venti. At the window where I pay she handed me a tall. I said, I asked for a venti politely and they said they can make it for me. I said, I didn't want to hold up the line. another lady yells, you are the line! The guy that took the order incorrectly apologized. It was smiles all around and they gave me the correct size; great job Team! You made my morning.
I went to Starbucks today I walked in the store and went to the counter to order and got just got stares until someone actually takes my order then I wait, they end up giving me my drink and didn’t even say my name and just dropped it on the counter
Stopped by today and Dylan truly made my day. His attention to detail on my order was spot on, and his warm energy really stands out. You can tell he actually cares about doing great work. Thanks, Dylan! keep being awesome!
