Bri is truly the best waiter! Her service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

IHOP is a popular spot with prompt seating and quick service. The food is usually delicious and served hot. However, one customer was disappointed with the portion size for the price and the unwelcoming greeting. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was also a concern. On the positive side, the servers are efficient and rarely make mistakes with orders. Although the timing of food delivery was an issue for another customer, the managers are helpful when needed. Kristin was one of the friendliest servers, greeting with a big smile and positive attitude, making guests feel like dining with a friend. She checked in often without rushing. Mary Jane sets a bar far above this brand's reputation with her dedication. One customer ordered the grand slam plus grits, finding the grits watery, and the waitress forgot about ice water, not paying attention to detail. Overall, IHOP has its ups and downs but remains a go-to spot for many.
