It’s not easy anywhere but they tried to do their best even though they seemed flustered I think everyone sat down pretty quickly. As for the food tried the truffle and mushroom scramble and the salmon omelette and both were excellent. I’ll judge a salmon quality as the cornerstone of all the ingredients and it was very good.
