“First time here so we ordered a little bit of everything . HANDS DOWN BEST GRITS I’ve ever had . Waffle hot and sweet and fluffy. Eggs were cooked perfect. Sausage a little too spicy (but would’ve been great later with peppers and onions on a hoagie roll!) and the potatoes - lord the potatoes! Perfect little off the beaten path spot. “Just left and I decided to come leave my review. The food was excellent but I didn't like the 2 drinks I tried. I had the Oreo hot coffee but it started to give me a headache and I didn't like the aftertaste. This could be my own salt sensitivity. I tried the Mango Tango afterward which was ok. It tasted too much like water. I ordered the oatmeal for my son. He liked it but was too full from his food earlier to finish. I had the shrimp and grits with eggs. The shrimp was the best I've had in forever. The grits were a nice texture and taste. I asked the eggs be over hard and that's how I got them so they were good too. Good seasonings. My waitress was very attentive as were other people walking by who asked if I needed anything whenever they passed our table. Everyone was really nice. They held the door open for us in and out and everyone made sure to speak to me even if they weren't providing a service. I enjoyed the atmosphere. We sat inside Bec I thought my son would be more into that but they have outdoor seating as well. I would go again and just try different drinks. They have a lot to choose from.“
“We arrived at 11AM on a Sunday without a reservation so of course we expected brunch rush. They told us the wait time would be 30 minutes and texted us that our table was ready after 20 minutes, so not a long wait. We were sat and attended to very quickly.Food came out quickly as well and was filling and tasty. I had the french toast and my husband had the breakfast tacos. “Second time eating from this First Watch this week lol. I loved the holey donuts during my last visit, so I got them again today. I was hoping they'd still be hot because I live ~7mins away from the location, but they sadly weren't. Even still, they were pretty good especially with the fruity sauce (raspberry?). I'd never tried the superfoods bowl before, so decided to true it and this chia was really good! I didn't realize the bread was whole grain (I would've preferred plain), so I didn't try it. Really good and filling meal“

It’s not easy anywhere but they tried to do their best even though they seemed flustered I think everyone sat down pretty quickly. As for the food tried the truffle and mushroom scramble and the salmon omelette and both were excellent. I’ll judge a salmon quality as the cornerstone of all the ingredients and it was very good.
