Was a very busy location on a Sunday (24-02-18) at brunch time, had a bit of a wait.
Once seated we ordered cinnamon roll crepes and the seniors French toast with a side of shredded hashbrowns. Our waitress Elena came back and said they didn’t have any crepes or French toast. Asked for what I’d like instead, so I ordered a strawberry biscuit, and she told Mike she could see if they could do his French toast on regular bread. Terrific service. Our server Mary was the best!
Food as always was awesome but there was a leak from the air conditioning, the server forgot some drinks and served a hot drink in tepid water which was a shame - I didn’t bother changing as wanted to leave. Some staff bickering too which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

The restaurant provides a convenient public parking lot next door and friendly staff, including the amazing server Maisha, although service can be hit or miss during peak hours. The menu features a wide variety of pancakes, omelettes, and other breakfast favorites, including the Original Buttermilk Pancakes and the Spinach & Mushroom Omelette. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable, with promotions and discounts often available. While the food can be artificial and the coffee not good, the pancakes and French toast are consistently fluffy and delicious. The steak omelette wasn’t properly prepared, being overcooked with thrown ingredients. Overall, IHOP is a great spot for a hearty meal with a view of the bustling street outside.
