Ridiculous this waiter called Porfirio.At the moment I payed I let 2 usd of tip and he asked me why so little tip, if he deserved so little for his service in an arrogant tone..I told him that’s the amount I used to tip everywhere, and he got his pen and put a 0 over the 2 in the check. He said he preferred no tips then, what a scumbag.He took 25 min to serve us the food for 2 simple plates of omelettes, and he said something stupid like we were impatients when he put the plates.I hope IHOP do something whit this kind of bad attitude workers. I’m so disappointed.I need to add that the food was very good, I really enjoyed but this dude ruined my experience, I must said this was my first time in IHOP.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be seated. Then waited another 15 minutes to order. Got our drinks 10 minutes later. Then 45 minutes later we decided to leave because the food still had not come nor the waiter said anything. Finally we decided to leave and pay for our drinks. At this time the waiter said it was the cooks fault it was taking so long yet other families came and went that ordered after us. Horrible experience.

The pancakes were nice and fluffy again, but I preferred the cinnamon filling baked into the dough. It was too intense and sandy for me. I've had better ones from ihop
We went on a Sunday at noon and the service was overwhelmed, my experience was not optimal because of this, a lot of waiting and mistakes in the order.Even so, I liked the food and gastronomic proposal, you have all kinds of sweet and savory options to eat.

Alfredo was our server and it was a horrible experience. he was rude with all our group then switched up his attitude with another group and acted all nice and friendly. after receiving his wrong order, my friend told alfredo and he was all mad that my friend wanted to correct his order, he didn’t even cook and he was complaining and he tossed the plate on the counter. he also referred to my friend (person of color) to an ape. terrible.

Everybody was laughing and talking but not one came to our table while we waited 25 minutes for our drinks to come and another 30 minutes for our food plus I ordered a side of sourdough toast and our server never brought my toast. He serve the kids milk for my son in a cup for a coffee, this is a terrible customer service.

Charged me 10 more than what the receipt said and I have called them for the last 3 days and they don’t answer I almost asked for my money back while there and I didn’t it took 20 min for white toast and on top of that our food came out work not hot then my food was cold by the time I got my toast.
