great place to do everything
We stayed at the Diplomat and had breakfast here every morning during our stay. The buffet has so many options, but the waffles and fresh fruit were definitely our favorites. Everything was fresh and there was always plenty to choose from.
The staff were also so friendly and welcoming every day. Jennifer, Jasmine, and the hostess took great care of us and always made us feel welcome. They really made our breakfasts a great part of our stay!

A reservation is essential, the line was very long otherwise. The Sunday breakfast buffet was fresh and filling. It was worth it for us because of the credit we'd received. Mirta is a gem and we enjoyed her! We would return!
