Iam completely disgusted and disappointed by the treatment I received at the Diplomat Hotel, specifically regarding the valet and parking staff. What should have been a simple and quick drop-off turned into one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

Beautiful property and location, but service didn’t match expectations. I witnessed a concerning situation involving a distressed parent that didn’t seem to be handled with urgency. For families with children, I would expect a stronger focus on guest safety.
Filthy rooms and extremely expensive food without delivering high value. (Bonus: See photos below for the poop smear on the wall)
Unless The Diplomat gets their stuff together, this is an absolute never again for me. I was texting with the front desk staff for more than 24 hours before I got someone to address my problem.
