Iam completely disgusted and disappointed by the treatment I received at the Diplomat Hotel, specifically regarding the valet and parking staff. What should have been a simple and quick drop-off turned into one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

Beautiful property and location, but service didn’t match expectations. I witnessed a concerning situation involving a distressed parent that didn’t seem to be handled with urgency. For families with children, I would expect a stronger focus on guest safety.
Filthy rooms and extremely expensive food without delivering high value. (Bonus: See photos below for the poop smear on the wall)
Unless The Diplomat gets their stuff together, this is an absolute never again for me. I was texting with the front desk staff for more than 24 hours before I got someone to address my problem. Based on the reviews, Solara is a great hotel bar with good cocktails and solid lunch options. The service is consistently top-tier, with staff who go above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. The atmosphere is awesome, and the bar is also beautiful. Guests have stayed in plenty of times instead of venturing outside. The cocktail menu has a variety of liquors, but if one does not find something interesting, a classic can be ordered. The drinks are stellar.
However, do not get the pizza. It tasted like something served at a school cafeteria or rest home, and one pizza was rather plain. A burger was really good, and one guest said it was the best burger he has ever had, though there was a little inconsistency between visits. The fries are absolutely delicious and recommended. The harissa turkey club came with a spicy red spread that was not listed as an ingredient. Overall, this is a great spot for drinks and casual bites with a laid-back vibe, though ingredient clarity is needed for those sensitive to spice.
