Really Crema? Really? You are charging a 15% service charge to sit and eat? What insanity is that? Your prices are already high enough! This is like saying I should pay your rent! You are lucky I never noticed it before since we eat here a lot! I promise you we won’t be anymore and I will let all of our friends know about this BS!!!!!

Based on the reviews, Crema Gourmet offers quality meals, service, and atmosphere. Everything tried has been pretty delicious, including the matcha with hazelnut syrup and the open faced egg sandwich. A salad was excellent, though an upcharged switch from rice to quinoa seemed excessive. The vibes are always pleasant, with smiling staff cleaning the dining area. Food is made quickly and to order, accommodating small and larger parties. It is a favorite coffee shop serving coffee on real mugs with excellent ambiance. Great for conversations and thinking time. The food is always amazing and clean. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. One worker was very helpful with a canceled order. A smoothie and a breakfast meal were both very delicious.
