I'd been to Signor Stassi in London, so I'll admit I walked into this one with high expectations and a bit of skepticism. That didn't last long. The food was excellent. The staff were attentive and on top of everything without hovering. What surprised me most was that the standards weren't just matched - in several details I'd say they were a step above the original. A really good experience.
