This used to be our favorite location, and now we get - paper straws that melt into your drink, iced coffee that is not iced. Staff that meets requests with “whaaaaa”.
They didn't double-check our order, and the two women at the pickup counter had a terrible attitude; I even suspect they deliberately left out our food. Very terrible
Nasty this place is dirty, the tables are disgusting and full of leftovers, they don't clean and obviously can't read the word plain or no American cheese , since they added cheese on my burger. When I asked for a new one, the guy with dreadlocks was hostile and said it's my problem I have cheese on it, though it clearly said no American cheese on the receipt. Took them 30 minutes to make a new plain burger. Will not return here ew
