“Mannn!!! I had Jenny’s Spaghetti with smoke herring (spaghetti avec aranso). All I can say she always comes through, made to my liking😋 If you haven’t taste Jenny’s Caribbean Bistro, you are definitely missing out. Always a great experience dining there.”

The combination of fruits is perfect, all very fresh as if they were freshly cut,
and the touch of papaya juice makes it super refreshing without being cloying. It shows that they do not add other sugars.
What I loved most is that it always arrives super well presented. You can see the love and dedication they put into it, because the fruits are cut just to the ideal size, ready to enjoy.
If you are looking for something delicious, natural and with that tropical touch that will brighten your day, and that will transport you back to Colombia...this salpicón is wonderful! I will definitely continue purchasing it and recommend it without hesitation.

Same young lady at register as last time, sweet as can be, the kind of person you want working for you. As I just walked out of dennys down the street mad, it was so nice to feel welcome.
The staff all look happy. The place is clean. I was able to come in with my scooter and Noone even looked twice. The food was hot, I am pleasantly full. I work down the street so I will be back again. I also noticed no scowling faces. I saw every person working here smile at least once. Yeah, I like this place. Thank you for turning my day around.”

Came to Double Luck to celebrate my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint. Brandon gave us incredible service from start to finish. Attentive without hovering, great recommendations, and he made the night feel special. Thank you, Brandon!

We started with a few starters and every single one hit. The spicy noodles had the perfect kick with that garlic-chili depth I crave. The short rib was fall-apart tender, rich, and glazed beautifully. The duck was the star for me. Crispy skin, juicy meat, and the balance of savory and sweet was on point.

For dessert we did the rice pudding and the cake, and both were the perfect way to wrap up a celebration dinner. Comforting, not too sweet, and just indulgent enough.

Vibe was lively but still great for conversation. Portions were generous and the flavors were bold without being overwhelming.

Double Luck made turning 40 feel lucky indeed. We’ll be back.

“I’m not sure if he’s upper management, the owner, or simply just a phenomenal server who really cares for the business, but every time I come, the service is always welcoming, but there is one man in particular who always introduces the drinks to the person who orders them, telling the story, and ending his explanation with a nice “cheers”. He does this for each person. It’s very personable, and you can see that he cares about the drinks and the craft of such unique, worldly takes on cocktails. It’s a place I always recommend for a cozy, laidback vibe, but also one that still feels upscale. The only thing is that I wish they had different music than the food hall - the food hall’s music is pretty atrocious and doesn’t complement the otherwise sleek yet down to earth vibe of the bar.
