From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the manager, Lucio. His professionalism and leadership were evident right away, setting a fantastic tone for the entire establishment.
However, the absolute highlight of the experience was our server, Viviana. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and high level of professionalism were unmatched. In my professional opinion, her skills go far beyond standard service—she operates at the level of an Assistant Manager at the very least.
It is rare to find staff members who truly understand the art of hospitality. Lucio and Viviana make an outstanding team, and because of them, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!“

“We live close by and the place called our attention ,decided to check it out only to find the best pizza in town!! No one cant beat the extra toppings selections in this place (at not extra charge by the way) the thin crust is a plus and the guys are amazing!! “I was in the area and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. The place was clean and had both outdoor and indoor seating options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The pizza was delicious, and my kids devoured it within minutes. I wish I had ordered the largest one. Perhaps I’ll try their one of their specialties next time.“

“Ate dinner at Gioia and it was sooo good! They have Gluten Free pizza that tastes so good and fresh. And the Capresse Salad was wonderful. The Montepulciano wine was great also! Every year when we go on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale we go to this Italian restaurant because we love the food, the atmosphere and the service!“

“Hands down the tastiest pizza out of the most surprising spot. This family owned spot is tucked in the back of Imaleh grill (also 5 stars) and mostly does takeout for the community. Pizza is consistently delicious and the family is delightful. We love ordering from Eric and have made a weekly pie pickup a habit. Thanks so much to the team at Krusty/Imaleh!“

“To just give a 5 star review is an understatement! I would give 20 stars + if possible! Visited several times from KY, and fell in love with the amazing food, professional and friendly staff + atmosphere. The food was the best and nothing has ever tasted so delicious. Nothing is greasy nor salty and will not disappoint. I was especially impressed by the sweetest general manager, Lorena, and our server, Tomas. Lorena takes her time to visit every customer, making sure they have a pleasant experience and getting to know them. She even remembered us from the prior year when we last visited. Tomas was also very friendly and an amazing server. If you are visiting the area, one thing is for certain, make sure to stop in and visit this once in a lifetime restaurant, as you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to visit again in the future, as our #1 stop will definitely be Banchero in Hallandale. 😋“

“I had Marcos before but in a different state & I enjoyed the pizza over there. Trying this Marcos for the first time was amazing. Brought back so many memories and the pizza was very fresh and delicious ❤️ I would post the pictures had I taken them before my fiancé & I ate the entire box🤣 I love how even years later the prices has never changed very affordable & you get your moneys worth honestly. This specific location was great with the customer service & the pizza came out pretty fast. They handed the pizza to us directly. So for the 7:00pm crew members which they all were busy taking orders they did mad good💯 (all men by the way) so if the boss just happens to read this. Give them a pay day off or something because my pizza came out within 8mins when we were told 15. They did good and first impressions are everything to me. The shop was very clean as well too that's another thing. So if you are looking for affordable pizza with great customer service as well as waiting for your food in a clean environment I would come to this location. I'll be back for sure🔥“
