If you're looking for a place with great sandwiches, Gili's Sub Shop Cafe is the spot! From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed; the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, cozy, and family-friendly. But what really makes you want to come back is the service—they were so kind to us!
As for the food, we ordered the pastrami sandwich, which was made fresh to order, and we loved it. It was absolutely delicious! But here is the real secret for flavor lovers: you have to try their ají (hot sauce). It is a total delight. What I liked most is that it has a super rich, balanced flavor; it has just the right amount of kick, allowing you to enjoy all the flavors together with the sandwich without overpowering your palate.

Now, the food... WOW!!!! You can actually taste that everything is made from scratch. Their pizza instantly reminded me of the neighborhood pizza places we used to go to back home in Puerto Rico, and that nostalgia alone won me over. The Shebang Wings are my new favorite they're sooo good! The Chicken Alfredo Pasta is creamy, fresh, and absolutely delicious, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza is straight fire.

They have delicious salads, sandwiches and empanadas (the Caprese one is sooo good🤤). I also love their coffee and the smoothies. The staff is really nice and friendly. “went yesterday and was waited on by Victoria. waited 25 minutes for our drinks, they weren't busy. when we decided to order food. she didnt ring in a sandwich. waited an hour for it then, when she finally came to the table we asked about it. it came out burnt. and they would NOT take it off the bill. even after she said, "yeah, I see its burnt. it wasn't just our food either. the table behind us left more than half the food. this used to be our spot for food and drinks when we are in the area. I was ashamed I took my daughter there for her first experience. that woman should be fired. there isnt any reason to have an establishment on the water and have workers not care about the guests they serve.“
