“The experience at this particular store was excellent. We got exactly what and how we ordered our pizza. The manager of the store, Robert, took care of our order himself. Nailed the texture of the crust, ingredients, and flavor in a timely basis!“

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I frequently visit this spot, but this afternoon I stop by to pickup a meal, the young girl server in there was very rude and decided to skip me and take someone else’s order while waiting for my order. The other gentleman there was kind enough to wait until I received my food. The server needs to be retrained on treating all customers with respect regardless of your personal feelings towards them.“

“When we arrived around 5 p.m. on Saturday, it wasn’t busy at all. Our waiter was nice and attentive, even though the food took a long time to come out. I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is hot, and thankfully it came out hot and tasty. I had my side of the pizza without cheese, and it was still delicious 😋. My son said his pizza was delicious too 🍕😋. Oh, and the shrimp salad 🥗 — trust me, I would definitely eat it again!

The wings were okay. I would’ve preferred the lemon pepper seasoning cooked into the wings, but their signature flavor was still good. The garlic rolls were okay as well.“

I’ve been here dozens of times and would keep coming back without hesitation. It’s one of those places that’s simple, quick, fresh, and consistently good. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch, dinner, or a last minute meal, it rarely disappoints.
The menu has a little bit of everything. We’ve tried the pizzas, salads, and several pasta dishes over the years, and the ingredients always taste fresh. One of my favorite things they offer is the all you can eat gnocchi on the 29th of every month. They have a wide variety of sauces to choose from, and you can keep ordering until you’re completely full. Considering the price, it’s one of the best values on the menu.
For dessert, we recently tried the profiteroles and they were excellent. The ice cream in the middle makes them even better. The tiramisu is also worth mentioning. They seem to update the recipe from time to time, but somehow it keeps getting better.
Service is usually quick, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. There are often new team members, but the experience remains efficient and reliable.
The restaurant is fairly spacious and could work for a small celebration, but I personally think it works best for couples or groups of four to six people. It tends to fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so arriving early is never a bad idea.
Another nice touch is the TVs and projector screens throughout the restaurant. With major sporting events coming up, it’s a great option if you’re looking for somewhere to watch a game while enjoying a meal.
Overall, this is a place I continue to return to because it delivers exactly what it promises. Fresh food, reasonable prices, quick service, and a consistently good experience.“

“I went there Last Saturday with my mom and my two fur babies so we sat outside of course and Rebecca was Soooo super friendly and helpful that it made it our visit there extremely enjoyable. The ambiance and service are excellent. The food: Was so super tasty and flavorful. We ordered the Bruschetta (delicious), the prosciutto and mozzarella (fabulous) and a pizza (stunning). We absolutely enjoyed everything and will definitely be returning. My fur babies had an excellent time as well and they will also be returning with us. The catering manager, Jiselle, went over the top, even working through Labor Day weekend to make my daughter’s dream wedding reception a reality. Our venue required vendor approval, and she was on top of that at every stage. Her communication throughout was excellent. Most of all, the food! Wow. Gourmet pizza (Tartufo and Pepperoni hot honey), special burrata salad, rosemary focaccia appetizer, Nutella dessert pizza. A roaring fire in the mobile pizza oven. All under the twinkly lights – the night proved festive and, thanks to Piacere, so delicious. Thank you, Jiselle, for all of your hard work, patience, and kindness throughout. “I went here for pizza. Blaze has gluten free crust as well as cauliflower. This pizza has cauliflower as a crust. I always get pesto sauce. They have goat cheese so I went with goat and feta cheese. The meat is prosciutto, bacon and chorizo. Both types of olives, garlic cloves, arugula and a few other veggies. overall good“
