100/100 Amazing Italian food. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic. They have outside and inside seating.
Pia’s is a 100% recommended! Started with the breadsticks (with melted cheese and sauce) and burrata salad! Both are freshly made, exquisite! Seeing the cheese stretch when you deep the breadstick… soooo good! Then moved to the pizza and then pesto pasta. Their pizza dough is really good, and crispy on the bottom. I give it a 10/10!!! Based on the reviews, Pia's Not Just Pizza is a hidden gem in Doral’s restaurant warehouse district. The food is outstanding, especially the pizza and pasta, which are fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The pizza is epic and truly one of the best, with a perfectly cooked crust. The Tartufata was absolutely delicious with rich flavors, and the hot honey pizza was amazing. The pasta was out of this world, rich and satisfying. The bread was so yummy, and the drinks are so good, including a big and fresh pinacolda and lemonade. Try the dessert with Nutella and pistachio. The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, cozy, and welcoming, with a very entertaining decorations concept. The service is friendly, welcoming, prompt, and fantastic. Options for indoor or outdoor dining are available, and the restaurant is dog friendly. The price is reasonable.
