“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“Stanzione Pizza is a great place to enjoy a unique Italian pizza experience inside Citadel Hall. The variety of pizzas and, especially, their preparation method really set this place apart.

A major plus is that they cook their pizzas in a Neapolitan-style oven, which gives the crust a delicious smoky flavor and a more authentic taste. The ingredients are fresh, everything is made to order, and the presentation is excellent.

The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into the preparation.

Even though it is located inside a food court, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet, relaxed, and welcoming. It's a great spot for a pizza afternoon with your partner, friends, or family.

The only downside is the parking inside Citadel Hall — $10 per hour feels quite expensive. My recommendation is to look for parking outside the main area, where it can be around $3 per hour.

Overall, Stanzione Pizza is definitely worth trying if you enjoy authentic Italian pizza, fresh ingredients, and traditional preparation. 🍕🇮🇹 Highly recommended!“

“Pia’s is a 100% recommended! Started with the breadsticks (with melted cheese and sauce) and burrata salad! Both are freshly made, exquisite! Seeing the cheese stretch when you deep the breadstick… soooo good! Then moved to the pizza and then pesto pasta. Their pizza dough is really good, and crispy on the bottom. I give it a 10/10!!! The pesto a great dish, specially if you want to share. The sauce tastes fresh and pasta was al dente, just how it should be. Visit Pia’s Not Just Pizza, I’m looking forward to eating there again soon!“

“Had a pizza night with a few friends and decided to keep the order pretty simple but get enough food for everyone to share. We went with a Pepperoni Pizza and a Supreme Pizza, plus an order of the house-made garlic rolls and some chicken wings with garlic sauce. Nothing overly fancy, just the kind of food that works perfectly when everyone is hungry and hanging out.

The pizzas were definitely the highlight. The pepperoni had plenty of toppings with melted mozzarella and a flavorful San Marzano tomato sauce, while the Supreme was loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and peppers. The crust had a nice bite to it without being too heavy, and everything came out hot. The garlic rolls were soft, buttery, and covered with enough garlic and parmesan to make us fight over the last one 😂. Wings were juicy too and went really well with everything.

The place had a casual, comfortable vibe that was perfect for a laid-back night with friends. The crew was welcoming and attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked on us without making us feel rushed.

Overall, just a really satisfying pizza night. Good portions, fresh-tasting ingredients, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely come back, although next time that Nutella Pizza is probably getting added to the table lol.“
