“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I’ve been coming to Osmow’s for a long time and I know how hard it is for restaurants to keep customers coming back, especially with so many food options around. That’s why customer service and consistency matter.

During my recent visit with my family, Antonella helped us and we requested the chicken to be grilled. She put a good amount aside for our bowl and was doing everything properly.

While she was helping another customer, another employee took over making our bowl and barely put any chicken, trying to spread it around to make it look like more.

As paying customers spending our hard-earned money, that honestly didn’t sit right with us.

We ended up asking Antonella to continue making our bowl instead, and she handled everything professionally.

Even while another employee was telling her not to put as much chicken, she still focused on making the bowl correctly and treating us fairly as customers.

I just want to recognize Antonella for her professionalism, fairness, and good attitude.

The catering manager, Jiselle, went over the top, even working through Labor Day weekend to make my daughter’s dream wedding reception a reality. Our venue required vendor approval, and she was on top of that at every stage. Her communication throughout was excellent. Most of all, the food! Wow. Love N Gyros easily has the best gyros in Miami. The pita bread is the real star somehow perfectly toasty on the outside while remaining pillowy and soft. Everything comes together so well, especially with the tzatziki sauce, which is a total must try.The flavors are super delicious, If you're craving a gyro or even just passing through the area, do yourself a favor and stop here.“
