“First time coming to their actual location. Had them at events before and loved their food. The store itself is very cute and clean. Had one of their bowls with noodles, macaroni & cheese as well as buffalo chicken and turkey meatballs. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and their mango ginger lemonade. So so good! Wish it was a bit closer to where I live, would come more often. Please open a location in Miami Beach :)“

I didn't have time to go back to ask about it and didn't think anymore of it. The next day I stopped by, Derek told me the smoothie he gave me was wrong and gave me the correct smoothie on the house! Super nice and thoughtful he remembered. Also, the smoothies are really tasty 😋“

“I stopped by Soflo Nutrition and tried the Cookie Monster shake along with the Mango Sunrise, and both were absolutely superb! The shake was rich, flavorful, and perfectly blended and the Mango Sunrise was refreshing and the caffeine boost was what I needed. staff was friendly, the vibe was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious and energizing drinks.“

“We visited Pura Vida at Solemia today and had such a great experience that we felt we had to finally leave a review. Mari took care of us and honestly the whole team was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and just great energy all around. The food was excellent as always; it’s a place we genuinely love and come back to often, even though we don’t usually take the time to write reviews.

We always say that when service is bad, people don’t hesitate to complain… so when it’s GOOD, it’s only fair to say it too. One thing we really appreciated was that we accidentally forgot to order the gluten-free wrap, and the team fixed it quickly without any issues or attitude. Little things like that make a big difference.

I was greeted by Miguel , who was amazing. Great energy, knowledgeable. I got one of their protein smoothies, peanut lover to be exact. Was delicious , and it helped along with my caloric / protein goals for the day.

Definitely would 100% recommend, even if you just want a great smoothie. They also had protein bowls and different specials , but that is for next time!“

“Woke up with serious cravings and wanted something a little sweet… but also didn’t want to feel guilty since I’m getting ready for HYROX. So I looked up something healthy near me and somehow landed on The Avalon Miami… and WOW, what a find.

I was craving waffles, so I had to go for the protein waffle—and the best part is you get to pick 4 toppings. I chose banana, strawberry, Nutella, and peanut butter… OMG. Absolutely incredible. Like, next-level delicious. I’m not exaggerating when I say I was literally doing a happy dance while eating it.

My boyfriend went for the organic empanadas—one beef and like three cheese ones—and he was OBSESSED with the cheese. The dough is made from yuca, and that combo? Straight up dangerous. So good it should come with a warning.

We also got two protein smoothies, both with 24g of protein. The Avalon mocha had an espresso shot with chocolate protein—rich, smooth, and honestly perfect. The Tropical Twist was mango, pineapple, coconut, and vanilla protein… super refreshing, light, and very tropical vibes.

I genuinely can’t even put into words how good everything tasted. It’s one of those places where you go thinking “healthy option” and leave like “wait… why is this better than dessert??”

It looked so good I decided I was going to try it the next morning on a whim for breakfast since the protein shakes looked so good. I'm so glad I decided to stop by. Natalia was so sweet and recommended me the Nutella protein shake since I told her I love chocolate. Her customer service was outstanding and the vibe of the place was also so chill. Best protein shake I've EVER had. I'm not exaggerating. I was gagged at how much protein this thing packs while still being relatively low calorie. Not to mention the serving size is HUGE. I was halfway done with my shake and I was FULL; which is saying a lot because I have a BIG appetite. You need to go try this place it deserves all the hype. I will be back.“

And their smoothies (specifically La Frida) is absolutely addicting and packed with protein. Their coffee is very rich and smooth as well.
