Hello everyone I am a regular at the Dumbbell Bar and let me tell you not only do they fix the most delicious meal replacement protein shakes but if your serious of a healthier lifestyle the benefits these shakes do to your body overall is more than words describe
I totally recommend this nutrition bar. Not only do they make delicious shakes and snacks. The customer service is AMAZING! BTW: Try the Nutella smoothie, banana bread and their protein bowl. You won’t regret! ??

I can say that it is a very nice place since it is located inside the gym where I train. The experience is unique since when I finish my exercises I take time to enjoy a delicious smoothie. The guys who own it are very nice people with good vibes. I recommend to everyone who can, have a good time out there and enjoy a delicious energy tea and a shake loaded with protein.
