“I normally shy away from vegan only spots-THIS PLACE PUTS MY HOPE IN TASTY VEGAN FOOD!! I picked up my bestie and told her that I wanted to try this place. Her car was in the shop so she kinda had no choice. When we arrived there wasn't anyone seated-hmmmm, did I mess up? We dove right in. We ordered the croqueta platter, 2 "ham" and one chickpea. And also the yucitas with the garlic cilantro sauce. She also asked for a cafe con "leche". I opted for a Materva-cuz...I haven't had one in years. For our mains she ordered a cuban sandwich which was made with jackfruit (sangwich?) and I chose the piccadillo bowl. I have to be honest-I was here on faith!. All of our food arrived quickly-we utilized the qr codes on the outdoor table. I expected the "ham" croqueta to outshine the chickpea one-nope! I loved the chickpea one. The cafe con "leche" was nice and smooth. I tried her cuban sandwich and it was good-not my thing, tasty, just not for me. The cilantro sauce was DELICIOUS!! We dipped the yucaitas, the sandwich, our fingers...so good. The star of the day though was the picadillo bowl. WOW!!! I opted for a bed of rice also with the cilantro sauce. Given the side options I chose sweet plantains-of course!!! Bestie and I were in vegan food heaven. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. I told our server, Mario (cute as can be) that we will be back. He was so polite and attentive. We both highly recommend!“

“By Brothers is one of the most family-friendly farms in Miami. Kids can enjoy a variety of activities, as can adults. The farm features exotic birds and a small zoo. The Easter Parade is amusing, the pumpkin patch is very original, but my favorite is Christmas. My husband and I are huge foodies and we have eaten all around the world, and this is easily in the top 10 dining experiences we’ve ever had. Every moment from beginning to end was impeccable. Instantly, when you walk in, you feel like you’re in Haiti. The straw and island decor, the colors, the traditional sculptures and giant mortar & pestles, you feel so calm and relaxed. The vibes in there are fantastic! Emmanuel was a true example of amazing customer service and he made us feel right at home. The food is prepared fresh to order which is amazing, it gave us time to look around the store and more importantly talk and get to know the wonderful owner. We got soursop juices which were unlike anything we’ve ever had. The coconuts were impeccable and refreshing at the perfect ripeness. And then the FOOD!! ?We couldn’t even wait to get home to try it because it looked so good. And it tasted EVEN BETTER! Such unique flavors unlike anything we’ve ever had. A hint of the perfect level of spiciness, sweetness, and flavor upon flavor! All while tasting super fresh, and feeling so great afterwards!! The salad was probably the best salad we ‘ve ever had.
