This takes healthy smoothies to a whole different level. I loved it! They prepare your gut with a special tea prior to your upcoming nutritious smoothie so your body can absorbe them better. This is all you dreamed off, a delicious smoothie thats also incredibly healthy for you. Theyre inside the CrossFit Miami near The Falls. Highly recommend #supportsmallbusinesses
Frank and Ingrid are a burst of happiness! After a hard work out, their protein shakes hit the spot! My daughter loves their carrot protein muffins and their made to order protein waffles with strawberries and white chocolate 🫶🏼. A Must Try!
I absolutely love their protein shakes!!! Highly recommend Nutella Fit and MIA flurry… so good and everyone is so nice there! The best place for healthy smoothies in Miami!
