“I absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! The place is always clean, bright and welcoming. The manager Kevin and the rest of the staff are super friendly and provide quick with service, even when it’s busy. You can really taste the freshness in every smoothie, they use quality ingredients and everything tastes perfectly balanced, not too sweet or heavy. My favorite is the Mango Monsoon, you can’t go wrong with any of them. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want something refreshing and healthy! Highly recommend!“

“Ok . So food is great. However, everytime I come in the girl is on the phone. She's always talking to someone and you can clearly see it's a personal call. I can overlook that but while making my toast she started to touch the computer to ring me up. Then I saw her touch her nose twice. She had to tell the person she would call them back. I asked her to change her gloves. she did. I would have gave it 5stars“

“I got the Acai Berry Boost and it was amazing — super tasty and refreshing! The only downside was the service. The place was empty, but I waited almost five minutes before anyone even said hello, which felt a little unwelcoming. Hopefully next time the service is as good as the smoothies.“

“I stopped by La Flor De Loto and had a really pleasant experience. The place has a simple, casual vibe that’s perfect for a quick meal. I ordered a couple of dishes, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and nicely seasoned. Portions were generous, which I appreciated. The service was friendly and efficient, making the visit smooth. Overall, it’s a solid spot for tasty, no-fuss food at a good value.“

“I decided to try this place out since my school is near. I came in from the back entrance where they have outside seating. When I entered the lady behind the counter was quick to take my order. She was polite and had that good Cuban charm calling me mami and mi niña. I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and a cookies and cream milkshake. The wait for the food was timely. I would’ve preferred more pepperoni on the pizza but overall it was crunchy and soft cheesy and not too oily. The shake was also very very good. The shake was more chocolatey than what you would expect of a cookies and cream milkshake but I still loved it. After I finished she cared enough to ask me how it was. The menu is diverse and I can’t wait to try the other milkshakes. But she truly was incredibly kind. Would def recommend! ❤️

I haven’t been back in a while because I no longer attend the college that’s near by but I decided to eat there again to support their business. I don’t know if they’ve had a change in servers but the service is not the same. They don’t greet you when you walk in, they look at you like I walked into their living room and when I asked for my order for pickup. I sat down because it wasn’t ready. I was on my phone waiting and when I finally notice the lady is holding my order in-front of my face. She didn’t talk to me she just held it there and I thought that was a bit rude and odd. They have definitely shrunk their portion sizes but the cookies and cream shake has gotten better. 🤷‍♀️“

“Based on different visits to the place, my criteria regarding the variety of dishes is quite varied, the food is well prepared, the quantity when serving the sides is considerable, the cleanliness of the place is acceptable, the only problem they should focus on is the treatment of the public, their employees make you feel uncomfortable or that you are bothering them, and they do not invite you to leave them a tip, they should work on the way they serve the public and I repeat, we were there on more than three occasions.“
