Capas Burger, a kosher food truck in Florida, offers a pleasant outdoor seating area and a cozy indoor room. The truffle burger may need more seasoning, but the pretzel bun is a highlight. The fries are delicious, and the sweet potato fries are awesome. For those who enjoy spicy, the jalapenos and spicy aioli toppings are recommended. Despite a 40-minute wait after Passover, the meat burger with pastrami was unfortunately sold out one night.
