Went twice while visiting Miami. Had the lentil soup, veggie burger and impossible burger. Also tried the peanut butter smoothie. The house salad that comes with the burgers was excellent. The veggie burger and impossible burgers were solid. The soup was decent. And the smoothie was very light - decent, but not excellent.
Carrot Express is situated near the lobby of a business highrise building, providing a decent offering for a healthy meal. With plenty of choices for everyone, vegans and vegetarians included, the Green Goddess Salad, Lentil and Kale Soup, Impossible Burger and Salmon Budda Bowl were all very delicious.

Wowww Carrot Express!!! Just had my first lunch at your Brickell location and it was magic. I had the crispy chicken platter with avocado, brown cilantro rice & pico de gallo AND the tostones with ahi tuna avocado and YUM CITY. Also brought the extra large chocolate chip cookie home and the happiest girl in the world :) Big thank you to David for taking such good care of us & Luciana for making sure we explored the yummiest options to order!
