“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“Tonight's dinner was at @fuegosds in Doral! Since I have to walk most places while I'm here, I've been looking for places nearby, and this one definitely didn't disappoint. 🇦🇷

I had the:
🥩 Bife de Chorizo (16 oz. Angus NY Strip)
🥟 Empanadas del Campo (Braised Short Rib)
🥃 Smoked Old Fashioned

The steak was great! It came with a chimichurri that was packed with flavor. I poured some over the top for the picture, but I was dipping every bite in it too. 😂

The rustic potatoes were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just enough to let the potato do its thing.

The short rib empanada was really good too. The pastry was flaky and had a nice crunch, while the filling was rich and full of flavor.

After spending all day working on the grill, that smoked Old Fashioned really hit the spot. Don't mind the little burn I got on my hand today, lol.

The catering manager, Jiselle, went over the top, even working through Labor Day weekend to make my daughter’s dream wedding reception a reality. Our venue required vendor approval, and she was on top of that at every stage. Her communication throughout was excellent. Most of all, the food! Wow. Gourmet pizza (Tartufo and Pepperoni hot honey), special burrata salad, rosemary focaccia appetizer, Nutella dessert pizza. A roaring fire in the mobile pizza oven. We were so tired and stressed but we found Empire Pizza and Wings and everything was so much better! This pizza has such a flavorful dough, very authentic and the toppings are so fresh. We had pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms. The sauce is delicious. This is a must! The owner is so personable and on the spot with excellent service along with his very nice staff.
