“As a kidney dialysis patient whose treatment center is a short distance away, I've been to Panera Bread in West Miramar at least once a month so far in 2026, and the staff, their service, and the food quality all deserve high marks, but my most recent visit in late June was my best yet -- and I ordered nothing but a cup of iced tea. My visit took place during the raging fires in the Florida Everglades, so the threat of smoke filling the restaurant was immediate. A young supervisor named Hunter went to work as soon as I suggested that a fan should be pointed at the entry/exit door to keep the smoke out. I suggested this to numerous other places of business, including Publix and the United States Postal Service, but Hunter was the only one who took action. God willing, my monthly visits for the forthcoming months are set in stone!“

My mom, who is 77 years old was crying on the driver's side, not knowing what to do. The staff went direct to helping her and when I arrived they were pushing her car and assuring her that everything was okay. Thank you!!!!“

Everyone there is so friendly. We are a military family and make a point to find the best gyro where ever we live and this we have ranked at the top. The Greek fries are so delicious as well as the spanakopita and hummus. Our daughter devours the cheeseburgers and she is particular with her food! “I went here for pizza. Blaze has gluten free crust as well as cauliflower. This pizza has cauliflower as a crust. I always get pesto sauce. They have goat cheese so I went with goat and feta cheese. The meat is prosciutto, bacon and chorizo. Both types of olives, garlic cloves, arugula and a few other veggies. overall good“

You place your order, then choose a place to sit. They yell out your name when it is ready, and you pick it up on a tray. I like the pulled pork sandwich, my husband's favorite is the moist brisket. They have good sides, like green beans with bacon, fries, corn bread, mac and cheese.
They have 4 sauces to choose from.
2 we like, 2 not so much. The meats are very good even without a sauce.
A little pricey, but worth it!
