As a kidney dialysis patient whose treatment center is a short distance away, I've been to Panera Bread in West Miramar at least once a month so far in 2026, and the staff, their service, and the food quality all deserve high marks, but my most recent visit in late June was my best yet -- and I ordered nothing but a cup of iced tea.

The food and service here is always great. The staff is always kind and considerate.
Didn’t expect much since this location has been looking a bit dated lately, but the new menu items are definitely worth it. The sesame salad made for an excellent lunch—fresh and satisfying. It’s a great spot to gather during the day, take a quick call, or meet over a casual work lunch. With a bit of a refresh to the space, this place could THE spot for breakfast and lunch.
