Everything there is kind and they move the rush lines in a efficient manner
Jo provided excellent customer service! I was having an issue with my order, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and attentive. She took the time to resolve everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism - thank you, Jo!
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had.
I arrived at 9:55 AM, and no one was at the front counter. I wasn't acknowledged until approximately 10 minutes later by the owner of the store, who took my order at 10:05 AM. Despite ordering just a sandwich and a drink, I didn't receive my food until 10:45 AM.
