The service in the Miramar location (location #: was horrible. We had ordered sandwiches and soups to go. The cashier was nice but the people making the sandwiches did not know how to make. They took lot of time to prepare our order. But the main complain I have is that when we came home to eat our sandwich, to our surprise, we found only 1 sandwich and the other sandwich was missing. Need better cleanliness and need to have Decaf coffee readily available. Some people have allergies to caffeine. Today I went for lunch and Jonah was our cashier and he was so polite, patient and respectful. So refreshing to interact with a young person who is engaging and pleasant.

Rude staff. They can’t seem to make a sandwich properly. Who puts mayo on the inside and the outside of the bread. Everytime I’ve come here it’s the same non sense. This place needs a new staff.
The manager who took our order was talking to the cooks while our food was being prepared. The cooks stopped working on our order to listen. I finally had to interrupt the conversation to ask for our order to be completed. We had a meeting to catch.

This Panera is extremely filthy. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating here because it is so dirty. The carpet is black with dirt. The tile is dirty and sticky. The fabric uphosletered booths is worn and shredding. The millwork at the drink station is filthy and falling apart. They missed items in the order.
