“We had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
A special thank you to Chantale, who made our visit truly memorable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always checking in at just the right time and making sure we had everything we needed. Her genuine kindness and outstanding service made us feel so well taken care of.
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Piola to anyone looking for a fantastic meal paired with exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Chantale, for making our evening so enjoyable!“

“I wanted to acknowledge the staff at Nicks Pizza for being generally awesome and making outstanding food. I love these huge Brooklyn type slices and the unique add’s like hot honey, stracciatella and pecorino. Nicks is a fun, casual and easy stop to and from the beach.:. Nos vemos pronto mi amigos :)“

“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“Recommend this hotel just for location. Room was not what expected for price what we paid. Has room partial ocean view( nice view). Bed was very high- not for short people or with kids. Mattress and pillows not comfortable. Toilet seat was broken and toilet separate from shower but in weird location next to the bed🙄. Just one robe and second just belt without robe- told about that service desk, but nobody bothered to put second robe in the room. Overpriced hotel with nice location. Will not stay again there .“

“We had an event and decided to stay for dinner because we heard it was a good, authentic Cuban food.we are so glad we stayed. Our group was 17 people!!! The food was served at the right temperature. Big portions and we sat outside so the ocean breeze was the cherry on top. The staff was amazing and they actually took are of us for breakfast as well. Had the avocado toast with a friend egg and it was delicious. Highly recommended it!“

“I went in with my family and got the chicken milanesa with the chicken wings and cheese bread my wife ordered the calzone with a large uncle Mario. The food was amazing the pizza was crispy but not burnt same with wings and the calzone and chicken milanesa was big enough to share . Plus the awesome and attentive service with the calming music WE WILL BE BACK!!!“
