“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“My kids absolutely love Pummarola, it is their favorite pizza place, and they always say no other pizza compares.
Today at the Coral Gables location, I purchased 4 pizzas and presented my loyalty card, which says that after seven pizzas, you get one free. However, I received only one stamp for the entire order instead of four stamps for the four pizzas purchased.
Adam, the employee who helped me, was polite and suggested I contact customer service. My concern is not with him, but with the loyalty program policy, which seems unclear. I hope management can clarify how the program works because we love Pummarola and visit often.“

“Verace is simply fantastic. Very affordable. Whether you are eating with friends, family, spouse, or by yourself. It is fantastic. They are accommodating, the food is great, pizza is perfect every time. I love the bolognese and they will substitute the rigatoni for fettuccine. A fav. The atmosphere is cute and quaint, but I would suggest to dim the lights during the dinner hour. The patio is lovely, I need to take advantage of it. Service is perfect. Highly recommend it! Run! Don’t walk to Verace.“

“We were in the area and as we were ready to go back to our apartment decided to get something to go. After looking around we went to this place, the AC was at the perfect temperature, there were some customers in front of us. Once it was our turn to order, we were told it would take about 20 minutes and we decided to go to the book store nearby. We came back at the 20 minute mark, we sat down and within our three pizzas were ready. I'm not a pizza lover and normally I eat 1 or 2 slices, this time I ended up eating 4 and it was not just because I was hungry. The pizza was very good and everyone liked it.“

“This is one of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch. The food is clean, not heaving on salt or sugar, and I love the breakfast. I see in the negative reviews that the portions are small, this is not the Cheesecake Factory, the serving sizes are for healthy eating.

The service is amazing, even when it is busy they keep their cool... with a smile.“
