“Great neighborhood restaurant with extensive menu options! Food, service, atmosphere are outstanding! Manny, Marcos and the rest of the staff make you feel welcomed and part of a family…highly recommend this gem! Thank you for making our brunch/reunion so special.“
“My recent dining experience at Bugatti Bistro was a true culinary delight, offering a trifecta of Italian classics: pasta, wine, and dessert.First and foremost, the Italian pasta served was a masterpiece. Each dish boasted perfectly cooked pasta paired with mouthwatering sauces that danced on the palate. Whether indulging in a creamy carbonara or savoring a rich bolognese, every bite was a testament to the chef's mastery of Italian cuisine.Accompanying the delectable pasta was a selection of fine wines that perfectly complemented the flavors of each dish. From robust reds to crisp whites, the wine list at [Restaurant Name] showcased a curated selection that elevated the dining experience to new heights. To top off the meal, I had the pleasure of indulging in their apple pie, a true crowd-pleaser. The flaky crust enveloped tender slices of apple, delicately spiced and served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream. It was the perfect ending to an already impeccable dining experience.“
“I recently went to dinner with a friend to celebrate her divorce. The atmosphere was spectacular, I had never received such attentive and professional treatment, especially from Eric, simply great!! That night will always remain in my memory. The pasta was crazy. I recommend hehe“
“The incontrini are A MUST. When you order, make sure to ask the waiter to put half vegetarian adn half non-veggie, you're gonna thank me for it! They're SO good. I tried the pistachio pasta and it was definitely an experience! The burrata Pizza comes with prociuto, which it's not really common in Italy. Tiramissu was awesome! The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is that once I tried their pasta with alfredo-tomato sauce, and it was too salty. Overall, it's a must-go. Also I love that the prices are fair, compared to the location it is.Parking: it's hard to find“
“I’ve been here multiple times. As a trained chef I am constantly amazed with the food here. Just a simple insight…the pizza dough is fermented or aged for multiple days, think of it like a wine matures with age is just a part of the complicated process of making this type of pizza dough. The dough is is light with a crisp outer level, made wit 00 imported Italian flour….large holes in dough where dough completes final rise in wood burning pizza oven. I prefer and suggest the simpler pizza like the classic margherita…. This allows you taste buds not to be overwhelmed and to enjoy the symphony of flavors, textures, smells, taste, feel.. short version of tasting notes: feel the texture the volume the crunch of the crust, then look at the volume and style of pockets of air that is influenced by the level of hydration which are then frozen by the heat oven, inhale the slight smokiness an contributions of the oven….. look for a light sour hint from the fermented dough, a hint of salt which tames the rising process. let your tastebuds continue the experience with tart hand crushed Italian tomato, and creamy mozzarella cheese that contribute to the symphony. For best experience partake when out of the oven as the nuances fade quickly ……….“
“I LOVE Miami's Best Pizza. Been eating it since the late 1970s. I don't think it tastes quite the same as when they were in their original location. The crust has gotten thinner (I prefer it thicker, chewier like it was), and the pizzas have gotten smaller :/ #thankspandemicinflation. The taste is still amazing but . . . the consistency is also off. Sometimes it's just too dark, burnt spots on the bottom. IDK I think if you go too early, the ovens are still too hot? #speculation ANYHOW. I LOVE it. It tastes amazing regardless. The Staff is friendly and it feels like the old place with the arch and the window and the color scheme. If it didn't make me fat, I'd eat it all the time. Mmmmmm pepperoni pizza grease! The garlic pizza cut in squares is the bomb!Parking: Drive past and pull in on the right for free parking (spaces are marked ("Miami's Best Parking Space")“
“Omg this pizza was so good! I ordered the meats.p.pole. Ask for Carlos he was attentive, great energy and attitude. Made my pizza PERFECT!!!! He made great suggestions and the final product was amazing! I came with my husband but we are bring the whole family back! This is a secret little gemIn Coral Gables!“
“The Italian vibe is so present! Also, as a gluten free and lactose free eater, I recommend getting the gf and no cheese pizza with bacon, sausage and mushrooms (tomato sauce as well obviously). Then I like to drown it in olive oil haha. A great alternative for when you’re going to eat Italian with friends and don’t want to take the risk of gluten and dairy!“
“The pizzas are crazy, I placed an order for delivery, it was very good, the truth is that I think they should add a little more salt to the meals, also the cream that I ordered, if it was not good, the owner, as a courtesy of the house, gave me a free pizza, very delicious. I really hope that what I say is constructive, without a doubt I would order again.“
“This is my go-to breakfast/lunch spot. I order from here at least twice per week. The food is always tasty, healthy and made with great ingredients, fast, and inexpensive. You can tell the owner cares about quality. It is one of the best options in the Gables in my opinion. A true Gables staple!“
“This place is a Celiac's dream, everything is gluten free. If you need gluten free, come here. We had mozzarella sticks and a Chicken Parm sandwich and both were incredible and quite large quantities. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture of the chicken Parm. Very nice staff as well.“
“We had a high order with very short notice, and the staff here was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Their dedication to customer service really made our take out order experience special.Pizza was of great quality, ingredients were fresh, and crust was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were simply delightful. And speaking of value, the prices here are spot on. You get good pizzas without breaking the bank. It's refreshing to find a place like that in the area.Overall, if you're in the mood for a quick bit or take out pizza this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!“
“Fantastic Pizza! Something about the cheese in this restaurant makes it so much more flavorful than any other. The edges are cooked to a crisp and the dough is absolutely delicious. The spaghetti was way to perfect!!! Loved all the extra cheese.NEW owners were present and extremely attentive and friendly. Their ice cream was so good; loved the names of the sundaes.Fo support your local restaurant, you won’t regret it!“
“Been coming here since I was a kid. The food is stupendous. The family who owns the restaurant are the kindest, most hospitable people. I love the chicken francese, the ravioli and the oso bucco. Very chill place with great service. It takes me back to wonderful childhood memories.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Bring the family.“
“I was a regular at Mona Lisa for many years when I was working in the area. The thin crust pizza was always special but the new owner Dennis has taken it to a whole new level. The crust is divine and he puts tremendous love and care into his recipes and the pizza itself.“
“Pomodoros provides a great lunch special, which provides a good overall portion. They have a different style sauce, which is more sweet. Reminds me of many of the small pizza places I have gone to for a quick slice. Will.be back to try more.“
“Food and service from Lucas was wonderful! Enjoyed a leisurely brunch. Husband said coffee was fantastic. Only suggestion is marking Gluten Free options on the menu.Dietary restrictions: They have GF food but it’s a modification from the menu item. As a person with an allergy, I would prefer it be officially marked on the menu. Trusting the word of the server has failed me before.“
