“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I frequently visit this spot, but this afternoon I stop by to pickup a meal, the young girl server in there was very rude and decided to skip me and take someone else’s order while waiting for my order. The other gentleman there was kind enough to wait until I received my food. The server needs to be retrained on treating all customers with respect regardless of your personal feelings towards them.“

I hadn’t had pizza in a while, and this order instantly reminded me of everything I’d been missing. This family-owned pizzeria serves the best New York-style pizza around—perfectly thin, crispy crust with bold, delicious flavors in every bite. Also, the lasagna is outstanding, and the desserts are exceptional, especially the rich, moist chocolate cake that’s truly out of this world.

Their delivery service is excellent—always prompt and courteous. From the moment the order arrives, you feel like part of the family. Warm, welcoming, and consistently fantastic.

“My kids absolutely love Pummarola, it is their favorite pizza place, and they always say no other pizza compares.
Today at the Coral Gables location, I purchased 4 pizzas and presented my loyalty card, which says that after seven pizzas, you get one free. However, I received only one stamp for the entire order instead of four stamps for the four pizzas purchased.
Adam, the employee who helped me, was polite and suggested I contact customer service. My concern is not with him, but with the loyalty program policy, which seems unclear. I hope management can clarify how the program works because we love Pummarola and visit often.“

The thin crust had the perfect crunch while staying light and crisp, exactly how great pizza should be. The sauce was rich and well balanced, the cheese was melted to perfection, and every bite reminded me why simple ingredients done right are hard to beat.

The spot next to Ortega Bodega is the real deal. On top of the outstanding pizza, the owner, Willy, is a genuinely great guy who makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. It's clear he takes pride in both his food and the experience he creates for his customers.
