Every time I come here, I order the Deluxe and The Garden pizzas. The girls who work here always treat me so well and greet me with a smile.

I know there are some negative reviews, but from what I understand, many people take advantage of Marcos’ kindness by ordering pizzas and then trying to get free ones. That’s really unfair because both the customer service and the pizzas are outstanding.

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. “Stanzione Pizza is a great place to enjoy a unique Italian pizza experience inside Citadel Hall. The variety of pizzas and, especially, their preparation method really set this place apart.

A major plus is that they cook their pizzas in a Neapolitan-style oven, which gives the crust a delicious smoky flavor and a more authentic taste. The ingredients are fresh, everything is made to order, and the presentation is excellent.

The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into the preparation.

Even though it is located inside a food court, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet, relaxed, and welcoming. It's a great spot for a pizza afternoon with your partner, friends, or family.

The only downside is the parking inside Citadel Hall — $10 per hour feels quite expensive. My recommendation is to look for parking outside the main area, where it can be around $3 per hour.

Overall, Stanzione Pizza is definitely worth trying if you enjoy authentic Italian pizza, fresh ingredients, and traditional preparation. 🍕🇮🇹 Highly recommended!“

“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“When we arrived around 5 p.m. on Saturday, it wasn’t busy at all. Our waiter was nice and attentive, even though the food took a long time to come out. I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is hot, and thankfully it came out hot and tasty. I had my side of the pizza without cheese, and it was still delicious 😋. My son said his pizza was delicious too 🍕😋. Oh, and the shrimp salad 🥗 — trust me, I would definitely eat it again!

The wings were okay. I would’ve preferred the lemon pepper seasoning cooked into the wings, but their signature flavor was still good. The garlic rolls were okay as well.“

The catering manager, Jiselle, went over the top, even working through Labor Day weekend to make my daughter’s dream wedding reception a reality.
