Every time I come here, I order the Deluxe and The Garden pizzas. The girls who work here always treat me so well and greet me with a smile.

I know there are some negative reviews, but from what I understand, many people take advantage of Marcos’ kindness by ordering pizzas and then trying to get free ones. That’s really unfair because both the customer service and the pizzas are outstanding.

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I frequently visit this spot, but this afternoon I stop by to pickup a meal, the young girl server in there was very rude and decided to skip me and take someone else’s order while waiting for my order. The other gentleman there was kind enough to wait until I received my food. The server needs to be retrained on treating all customers with respect regardless of your personal feelings towards them.“

“When we arrived around 5 p.m. on Saturday, it wasn’t busy at all. Our waiter was nice and attentive, even though the food took a long time to come out. I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is hot, and thankfully it came out hot and tasty. I had my side of the pizza without cheese, and it was still delicious 😋. My son said his pizza was delicious too 🍕😋. Oh, and the shrimp salad 🥗 — trust me, I would definitely eat it again!

The wings were okay. I would’ve preferred the lemon pepper seasoning cooked into the wings, but their signature flavor was still good. The garlic rolls were okay as well.“

“After a fiasco with our first pizza vendor eight weeks before the big day (and two days before the venue’s deadline), Piacere Pizza saved us! The catering manager, Jiselle, went over the top, even working through Labor Day weekend to make my daughter’s dream wedding reception a reality. Our venue required vendor approval, and she was on top of that at every stage. Her communication throughout was excellent. Most of all, the food! Wow. Gourmet pizza (Tartufo and Pepperoni hot honey), special burrata salad, rosemary focaccia appetizer, Nutella dessert pizza. A roaring fire in the mobile pizza oven. All under the twinkly lights – the night proved festive and, thanks to Piacere, so delicious. Thank you, Jiselle, for all of your hard work, patience, and kindness throughout. “This was my first time coming to Pauloluigi. I am somewhat of a pizza snob, and had heard great things about this place. When I entered, the staff was friendly and the owner Paul greeted me. As a Miami native, I’ve seen these special, family owned restaurants becoming rarer and rarer…especially in the Grove. I ordered a slice of pizza and it was absolutely delicious and better than many of the places I’ve been to in NYC. I love this place and will definitely be back!“

I visited the restaurant in April and there are constructions around the restaurant, so you may need to walk to get to the restaurant. Pizza price is very expensive, but the portion is enough for two to three people. The decoration of the restaurant is very beautiful and cozy.“
