“This is the most underrated place in Miami. My husband and I are foodies and honestly we have had the opportunity to go to many well know places with Michelin stars between Miami and New York. Let me tell you, Fiola has nothing to envy those places. The service I would dare to say is the best I’ve had in Miami, we went for our anniversary and from the moment we walked in the door it was all smiles. Kevin and Edwin (i hope I’m writing their names correctly) were AMAZING!!! So detail oriented, knowledgeable and sweet. The food was also incredible, a must would be their wagyu pasta with osobuco. Their pastas were so fresh and perfectly cooked. Would recommend this place to anyone. We are a younger crowd, but when it comes to food we take it seriously. Skip all the overrated Miami places that are all show and make a reservation at Fiola. Also I’m a vlogger and I really appreciate when people don’t get annoyed by it. In this place, they made sure to let me know when they were about to do anything that would mess with the aesthetics of the BEAUTIFUL plates so that i could record or take pictures. Kevin even provided me with good lighting? without me asking which I thought was very sweet.“
“Bravo!!! The food was outrageous, service impecable and wine selection impressive. An upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of coral gables. It’s obvious they use only the finest and freshest ingredients in their dishes as the branzino melted in your mouth as did the mushroom risotto. A memorable meal made even better by attentive and professional service staff. 5 star all around!“
“Hands down the only place where the food matches the service, which matches the ambiance and combines for an experience that you just can't replicate anywhere else. This place is a Miami monument for a reason, and the moment you walk in you know you're in for an incredible experience. You can't be within 100 miles of this place and not come take in the amazing time to be had at Eating House!!!“
“Great neighborhood restaurant with extensive menu options! Food, service, atmosphere are outstanding! Manny, Marcos and the rest of the staff make you feel welcomed and part of a family…highly recommend this gem! Thank you for making our brunch/reunion so special.“
“Arguably some of Miamis best pizza which is shocking considering it's vegan. The crispy crust is absolutely not to be messed with. I personally don't care for pizza at all but will happily munch down on my boyfriends whenever he orders from here. Have not dined in but heard the owner is as nice as can be :)“
“My recent dining experience at Bugatti Bistro was a true culinary delight, offering a trifecta of Italian classics: pasta, wine, and dessert.First and foremost, the Italian pasta served was a masterpiece. Each dish boasted perfectly cooked pasta paired with mouthwatering sauces that danced on the palate. Whether indulging in a creamy carbonara or savoring a rich bolognese, every bite was a testament to the chef's mastery of Italian cuisine.Accompanying the delectable pasta was a selection of fine wines that perfectly complemented the flavors of each dish. From robust reds to crisp whites, the wine list at [Restaurant Name] showcased a curated selection that elevated the dining experience to new heights. To top off the meal, I had the pleasure of indulging in their apple pie, a true crowd-pleaser. The flaky crust enveloped tender slices of apple, delicately spiced and served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream. It was the perfect ending to an already impeccable dining experience.“
“My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and we were so happy with our choice!! The waiters were very friendly and even treated us with a complimentary table side dessert cocktail as a celebration for us. The lamb meatballs were amazing as well as the Tagliatelle with mixed wild mushrooms and caviar. We will definitely be coming back here!“
“One of the best classic Miami Italian restaurants in Coral Gables. HeService is perfect, the food is incredible and it is a restaurant that you cannot miss if you visit Miami. Don't forget to start with a good drink at the bar before going to the dining room.“
“Absolutely loved this P. Pole. I'm an avid enjoyer of this food chain, but not all chains represent the company. The workers here were fast and efficient and even recommended sauce to go with my pizza choice. Overall I had a lovely time.“
“The incontrini are A MUST. When you order, make sure to ask the waiter to put half vegetarian adn half non-veggie, you're gonna thank me for it! They're SO good. I tried the pistachio pasta and it was definitely an experience! The burrata Pizza comes with prociuto, which it's not really common in Italy. Tiramissu was awesome! The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is that once I tried their pasta with alfredo-tomato sauce, and it was too salty. Overall, it's a must-go. Also I love that the prices are fair, compared to the location it is.Parking: it's hard to find“
“I recently went to dinner with a friend to celebrate her divorce. The atmosphere was spectacular, I had never received such attentive and professional treatment, especially from Eric, simply great!! That night will always remain in my memory. The pasta was crazy. I recommend hehe“
“Great service and food at this hidden gem in Coral Gables, everything that came to the table by recomendacion of Luis the Owner was superv, paired everything with a bottle of Domaine de la Solitude Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2021 by the way at an incredible value, actually the whole wine selection by the bottle was seriously on point and definitely at reasonable prices, going back sooner than later, highly recommend.“
“The Italian vibe is so present! Also, as a gluten free and lactose free eater, I recommend getting the gf and no cheese pizza with bacon, sausage and mushrooms (tomato sauce as well obviously). Then I like to drown it in olive oil haha. A great alternative for when you’re going to eat Italian with friends and don’t want to take the risk of gluten and dairy!“
“The service is always impeccable; from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, which carries on throughout the entire visit. A business dinner of four, filled with amazing appetizers, paired with great red wine, followed by perfect entrees - I had the lamb with asparagus and my three guests each had the steak. Salumeria is a staple regardless of which location but if you find yourself in Coral Gables, this is the place you should visit.“
“The food is always incredible here. The tuna tostones are one of my favorite appetizers. Any of their risottos are delicious, I had mine with the snapper special, and my husband enjoyed the short rib. Our server was very friendly and and attentive. Cafe Vialetto is one of our go-to restaurants for a delicious meal in Miami.“
“Wonderful place.. even better people! Franco was incredibly helpful and extremely informative in my search for a ridiculously sharp cheese for my cappilitti. He NAILED it! We also picked up some of the best salami I've had outside of Italy and the North End of Boston, some eggplant parm and canolis. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful everybody was. We will be repeat customers.“
“The food was on another level- congrats to the chef! Each dish was an explosion of flavors, the service impecable and venue elegant. The Vitelli tonnato was fantastic but the star hands down was the truffled gnocchis. Understated elegance with an attention to culinary detail. What a fabulous addition to the Miami restaurant scene. Will definitely become a regular!“
“An authentic, gem of an Italian restaurant. If you want a meal bigger than the size of your head, order the veal! Also, the truffles are a must for the cacio e pepe. We ate every bite of the chocolate torta - might’ve even scraped the plate!“
“Been coming here since I was a kid. The food is stupendous. The family who owns the restaurant are the kindest, most hospitable people. I love the chicken francese, the ravioli and the oso bucco. Very chill place with great service. It takes me back to wonderful childhood memories.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Bring the family.“
“Today I had an amazing lunch break not only because of the delicious food but excellent service. Walked in a few minutes before 12 and had the place all to myself for a short period of time. Regardless I can tell the service here is top notch because the owner is most attentive and friendly. I didn't really have a dish in mind like most times and that worked out for the best because the dish I had was a special of the day so let's talk about it....There were three options including a salmon dish but the chicken stuffed with chorizo and mozzarella got my attention right away. Before this I had the choice of portobello cream or Caesar salad and I opted for the salad with basket of toasted bread. Now as for the main dish, this was so delicious that I had to ask if it was a daily fixed menu but chef said the daily specials were chef inspired even though she could make it for me per request. Anyway this chicken with chorizo and melted mozzarella was to die for. The chicken meat was not tough at all but could be cut with a fork and that says a lot. Now as for the pasta or spaghetti I wish I could tell you what was in it but what I could tell you is that it had depth and was amazing. So good that I could eat a whole plate of the pasta without a protein, yes that good and that's why I devoured this dish, like a savage. Now I did kinda wanted to try the Tiramisu since I'm a big fan of it but they didn't have any and that too worked in my favor…..why? Well I got to try the Flan, my goodness....this has got to be one of the best Flans in Miami. I can't even describe it but iust make room for dessert and order this, trust. In conclusion, this was one of those unexpectedly amazing lunch spots. Have to come back for other dishes and that Tiramisu.“
“Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard of the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. My food was a masterpiece of perfection — beef tips with cremini mushrooms and cipollini onions in a demi-glace sauce. Au gratin potatoes were on the side. Everything was outstanding.“
“The restaurant is absolutely beautiful... The food is not only delicious, but very large portions on a lot of the items which was a nice surprise service was impeccable... We definitely recommended to everyone and will definitely be back many times. A beautiful new jewel of a restaurant in Coral Gables.“
“delicious food excellent service there was about 75 of us the wait for the main course was long, but worth the wait... it would had been perfect, if they hadn't taken so long to serve us the dinner plate! appetizers where on time, bread as well, sangria and desert all within good timing. But we where a large group, that is probably why, plus the restaurant was packed.“
“A great little spot for better than normal American-Italian fare. Great salads, pasta, pizza and wings. The servers here are always great. The place is clean and the patrons are a mix of ages between school aged kids to seniors.Highly suggest the salads, the wings are very tasty and so is the white pizza.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly for kids.“
“Our first time visiting them, we ate delicious, it was a very pleasant afternoon with our partner and friends. Thank you Gio for your attention, the quality and the great quality of service. Your staff is very good too.See you next time, for sure.“
“The food and service were exceptional. The lardo di colonnata appetizer (with the black truffle honey) was the star of the show. Actually, each subsequent dish was also the start of the show. The tomato based pasta was super flavorful and the vanilla panna cotta ended the night on a very high note.“
