Service was prompt, he was attentive without hovering, and when we had a little mishap by way of a spilled glass of Sangria he took care of us immediately. Our server, Agusto, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials, took the time to answer our questions, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. “For us, fanatics of authentic Italian food, discovering Bahiablue, a jewel in middle of Coconut Grove is like a fresh; guzzle for our thirst of enjoyments. We met Chef Vincenzo and instantly fell in love with the place decoration, ambiance, service and unforgettable attention. What about the food? It is a 10 stars for us who have travelled to the Amalfi Coast in Italy several times and can appreciate fresh seafood and pasta when we see it and taste it. Here it really feels like you are in the middle of Positano or Sorrento, it really made us felt that way.
We ordered first an amazing ‘crab panzanella’ – a delightful appetizer, then fresh oysters, followed by ‘fiori di zucca’ another Italian delicious thing that melts in your mouth. As a surprise to the Chef, we ordered ‘linguini alla nerano’ with bottarga – an Italian specialty tastier many more times than caviar eggs. If you never have tasted bottarga, you are missing on a great pleasure for sure. For wine, nothing short of beautiful flavors from an amazing white Vermentino di Sardegna. Adding to the feast, we continued with a spectacular ‘rissoto ai frutti di mare’ – a full storm of great flavors for your palate. To seal the night with great colors, they brought us an amazing ‘sgroppino’ – a super delicious prosecco, lemon based drink that melted our hearts.
We had an amazing dining experience, just like having dinner in Marina Piccola bay in Sorrento, Italy. If you’re serious about great talent, traditions, passion and dedication poured on your table, Bahiablue is the perfect spot.

“Verace is simply fantastic. Very affordable. Whether you are eating with friends, family, spouse, or by yourself. It is fantastic. They are accommodating, the food is great, pizza is perfect every time. I love the bolognese and they will substitute the rigatoni for fettuccine. A fav. The atmosphere is cute and quaint, but I would suggest to dim the lights during the dinner hour. The patio is lovely, I need to take advantage of it. Service is perfect. Highly recommend it! Run! But the owner does all the cooking solo. So I understand. All ingredients are made in house, from scratch, as per owner. So, that may be the reason for the wait time. Ittle Litaly / Veganlitaly has the BEST cheese crust Pizza that I've had at any restaurant. Especially a vegan restaurant. Thier meatballs, or sausage, is SO Good. “I just moved back into Coconut Grove and this is going to be my daily stop. Not only is the place cozy and beautiful,
filled with fantastic wines, gourmet foods, original local artwork and even cute clothes, but the food was delicious. I had a melted mozzarella and tomato sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was divine. I also had a homemade flan that would make my Cuban grandmother, proud.
