“This review is for the retail aspect of this place, and they have authentic Italian delicacies. Ah, their burrata or mozzarella logs! They also have a lovely selection of salamis and other cold cuts. I have yet to try their cafe, but what’s really on my radar are the cheese-making classes.“

“I read great reviews so we decided to try this place. Food was absolutely amazing- presentation was great. Tagliatelle al ragu was delicious! However, service was pretty bad. Waiters were very dry and our waitress stood over us asking if we were ready to order the main course as we were chewing. Parking is tight but there is street parking.If this place gets better service, it deserves 5 stars.“

“A wonderful place for really good Italian food. The owner is very nice and helpful, the food is Italian (from Rome. You will not find spaghetti and meatballs on the menu, what you will find are delicious pastas and other specialtis (meat and fish). Nice wine list, truly a must go. “Wood fire oven pizza is a favorite of mine so I was excited to try this place. The restaurant is small and intimate with a huge stone oven. I ordered the caprese pizza with pesto drizzle. The attendant was very friendly and attentive. You have options on the shape of the pizza. You can even get the pizza star shaped with pockets of cheese in the corners. The pizza was quickly made right in front of you and placed in the oven. The pizza was just right, not too over cooked but crispy and cheesy. The pesto drizzle added the perfect acidity nuttiness. Will be back to try other entrees“

“This place has come under new management and it pays to see the difference. The atmosphere is inviting very neat and clean. The food is very tasty and enjoyable. They have specials during the week. Monday nights half off on drinks for happy hour. Tuesday pizza specials.. it goes on there's ladies night and serves wine. The ladies are very nice and attentive.It's usually busy after 6pm but it's worth every moment.I'm happy I gave it a 2nd go around and I've not been disappointed.“

With our anniversary he provided us each with a glass of champagne! We shared an excellent Caesar salad with anchovies to start. So good! Next, I ordered the Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese, which was heavenly. My husband had Pappardelle Al Ragú Di Agnello, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't get to taste it because I wouldn't share mine. Fair is fair, I suppose. Tomas paired our meal with a wonderful Primitivo Puglia that was perfect. Then he suggested dessert, and although I was stuffed, we shared a cannoli. It was delicious also, but I really didn't need it. The surprise limoncello, on the house, was a perfect ending to a perfect meal! An aside? Watching the pasta being made in the front window was a bonus. I learned some things I'll use at home!“
