I came last eve and really enjoyed everything about the place: the food...the decoration...the service... ( that's why I'm giving 5 stars) but....I couldn't understand why such a sophisticated place like Sofia had ...Cuban music???? In an Italian/European kind of place????Miami is full of Cuban restaurants with that type of music. Sofia is in The design district, not in calle Ocho....Definitely not the kind of music I expected. The restaurant is beautiful and vibrant. Was a bit too loud for my taste but it was Friday night and almost to be expected. The food and the service were wonderful. Very timely serving the meal. All the appetizers ordered were exceptional. The manager was very friendly and involved with the meal which made it feel even more special. Would definitely go back!

Service and ambience excellent! We took our baby with us for dinner and they waiters were the best with service and very friendly with the baby. Service outstanding 100/10. Ambience the best too! 10/10 Food was good. It could be better.
